Right of Withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal under the special provisions for distance selling contracts pursuant to §§ 11 et seq. of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Transactions Act (FAGG). The products purchased here are not suitable for return due to their nature, which is typically the case for all non-physical online downloads as well as digital content and software received via email. This means that your right of withdrawal expires as soon as access to your order has been provided. Additionally, please refer to the separate withdrawal policy below.
